Whole cep mushrooms, carefully cleaned, checked one by one, treated with vinegar and natural herbs, then arranged in jars with olive oil.

The Galfrè Family has been producing typical “Piedmontese” appetizers , with vegetables, porcini mushrooms, tuna fish and tomato sauce, in Barge at the foot of the Cuneo and Monviso mountains since 1901.
