Mushroom Fagottini

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 Condighiotto/super pasta 180 g. jar
  • 6 lasagna pastry layers
  • 150 gr. of sausage
  • 10 gr. of grana cheese


In a pot boil water with a bit salt and cook the lasagne pasta layers for three minutes.

Drain the water and put them in 6 muffin moulds. Fill each mould with CondiGhiotto/Superpasta and some sausage.

Cover the fagottini with the remaining pasta layers and sprinkle some grated Grana cheese.

Put the fagottini in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
