Inevitable on festive occasions, la Giardiniera is a classic Piedmontese appetizer. It is prepared according to a recipe handed down for generations, carefully choosing tasty vegetables accompanied by tomato pulp, spices, olive oil, sugar and wine vinegar.

La Giardiniera Ghiotto Galfrè is prepared exactly as it used to be: the result is a delicious appetizer as it is, and even more appetizing with the addition of tuna and olives. It can be eaten cold or warm: heat the jar in a bain-marie to cool it.  

In addition to the classic dress of appetizer, can be served as a side dish of white meat.
