On its own or as a condiment, Ghiotto Galfrè is tasty and nutritious. We have been producing it for generations, preserving the quality of selected ingredients and the delicious pleasure of a speciality that smells of Piedmont.
We have always hand-packed Ghiotto, one of our most popular specialities. We hand-select the finest porcini mushrooms, combine them with slices of yellowfin tuna and our company's secret sauce made from Italian tomatoes, vegetables, fresh herbs and a few drops of our own aromatic vinegar.
Ghiotto is excellent eaten on its own, or as a dressing for rice or pasta salads. Tempting as an appetiser, it becomes an unconventional filling for sandwiches during a picnic with friends.

Tuna 35%, Porcini Mushrooms 34% (Boletus Edulis and its group), Sunflower Seed Oil, Olive Oil, Tomato Concentrate, Wine Vinegar, Natural Flavours, Salt. Acidity corrector: Citric acid. Sulphur Dioxide (residual).
