Stuffed peppers with artichokes and tuna fish

Preparation time: 45 minutes


  • 2 peppers
  • 2 Artichokes and tuna fish tins of 160 g.


Roast peppers in oven at 185 degrees for 15 minutes on both sides.

Mince the artichokes and tuna fish to obtain a cream.

Peal peppers and remove the seeds, cut in strips; put on each pepper strip a little tuna fish and artichokes’ cream and roll up.
