Mushrooms calzone

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 500 g. Dough for pizza
  • 1 Tutto Funghi 180 g. jar
  • 100 g. of leek
  • 200 g sausage
  • Olive oil


Sauté the leek, which were previously cleaned and sliced, in a pan with olive oil. Add Tutto Funghi and cook a couple of minutes.

Roll out the dough and with the use of a round shape object (cookie cutter or glass) cut out circular shapes.

Place the filling in the centre of each circular shapes fold them making half moons.

Brush the surface of each piece with oil and put them in oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
