The finest anchovies fished in the Sicily region, are carefully selected, filleted and rolled by hand and is mixed with the traditional spicy sauce. Stored in a fresh and dry place.

Since 1901, the Galfrè family has been producing in Barge, at the foot of the Cuneo and Monviso mountains, typical Piedmontese starters with vegetables, porcini mushrooms, tuna and sauce.
It manufactures its products with a genuine passion for authenticity, following traditional recipes and using high quality raw materials, rigorously selected by hand.
