Typical “Piedmontese” appetizer. The finest cep mushrooms are combined with freshly cought tuna-fish, our sauce, which is hand made with Italian tomatos, vegetables, fresh herbs and home made aromatic vinegar, is still prepared with our traditional secret recipe.

The Galfrè Family has been producing typical “Piedmontese” appetizers , with vegetables, porcini mushrooms, tuna fish and tomato sauce, in Barge at the foot of the Cuneo and Monviso mountains since 1901.
All our products are prepared and packaged with passion, following traditional recipes and by using top quality raw material selected by hand.
