Typical “Piedmontese” appetizer. The finest cep mushrooms with freshly caught tuna-fish. Our typical sauce, which is hand made with Italian tomatoes, vegetables, fresh herbs and home made aromatic vinegar, is still prepared with our traditional secret recipe.

Since 1901, the Galfrè family has been producing in Barge, at the foot of the Cuneo and Monviso mountains, typical Piedmontese starters with vegetables, porcini mushrooms, tuna and sauce.
It manufactures its products with a genuine passion for authenticity, following traditional recipes and using high quality raw materials, rigorously selected by hand.
