New cream spread, prepared with quality ingredients, without thickeners and colouring, ideal as appetizer. Yellowfin tuna fish is combined with olive oil and a drop of our secret vinegar.

Since 1901, the Galfrè family has been producing in Barge, at the foot of the Cuneo and Monviso mountains, typical Piedmontese starters with vegetables, porcini mushrooms, tuna and sauce.
