Potatoes nest with sautéed porcini mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 sautéed porcini mushrooms tins of 120 g
  • 1 glass of cream
  • Grated Parmigiano
  • 1 spoon of rock salt

Preparation

Boil 4 potatoes with a little spoon of salt. Cut them in half. Scoop out the potatoes so that the skins form small cups and then put them on a baking pan with a little butter.  

To prepare the filling, mix the potatoes and cream and add 2 sautéed porcini mushrooms tins of 120 g and a glass of cream. Fill the empty potatoes halves. Add some grated Parmigiano and put in the oven.
