Chicken with mushrooms cream

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 600 g. chicken
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 CondiGhiotto/Superpasta jar 180 g.
  • 1 spoonful of paprika
  • Olive oil


Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Whisk the ingredients while adding the milk.

Stir until it turns into a thick cream; add Condighiotto/Superpasta and mix everything. Pre-heat oven. Put a little oil on a non-stick pan with the chicken, sprinkle little paprika on both sides and place in it the oven.

When the chicken is ready it can be served with the mushroom cream.
