Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 2 CondiGhiotto/Superpasta 180 g. jars
- 3 medium-size potatoes
- 3 spoonfuls of Parmigiano grated cheese
- 100 g. bacon cut in cubes
- olive oil
Pour a bit of olive oil in a pan and sauté some bacon, add CondiGhiotto/Superpasta.
Boil a few potatoes until they become soft. Drain the water, peel and mash them. Add CondiGhiotto/Superpasta with bacon and Parmigiano cheese and mix everything together. Fill the puff pastry placed on a rectangular baking pan and put it in oven up to 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve it warm.
