Pork roast with mushrooms and potatoes

Preparation time: 60 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 700 g. of pork roast
  • 1 Tutto Funghi 180 g. jar
  • 4 big potatoes
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil


Brown meat in a pan in olive oil and rosemary. Put everything in a baking pan, add chopped potatoes and put in oven at 180 degrees.

Towards the end of the cooking, add Tutto Funghi and leave it in the oven for a few minutes. Slice and serve.
