A really tasty dish, with simple and genuine ingredients. The recipe is very simple: whipped cream, parmesan cheese, mushrooms and artichokes in oil (those with the Contadinella, of course!). The result will be a triumph of colors and flavor, ideal to welcome the Summer with taste.

Pancarrè cake with tuna, artichokes and ricotta
Here is a recipe that will drive your guests crazy: a fresh and tasty savory cake, very quick to prepare. All you need is here:
- 4 slices of sandwich bread, or 8 slices of bread
- Goat ricotta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Artichokes and Tuna Ghiotto Galfrè
- EVO Oil
Here’s how to prepare our cold cake: line the bottom of a baking dish with food film. Place the bread loaf or sandwich bread inside. Mix ricotta, chives (finely chopped) and a tablespoon of warm water. Spread some of the cream obtained on the basis of bread you have created. Cover with the tomatoes reduced to chunks. Now create a second layer of bread. Add the ricotta cream, then Tuna and Artichokes Ghiotto Galfrè. Cover with an additional layer of bread. Cover with the ricotta cream. Add cherry tomatoes, tuna and artichokes. Let stand in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Remove the cake from the bottom of the baking dish, using the film to pry. Place on a serving plate, cover with a sprinkling of oregano and a drizzle of EVO oil.
How to make this delicious cake even more special? Add on top a handful of taggiasche olives (better if pitted). They will give a very special flavor to your appetizer!
Canapés with 3 creams
Do you have stale bread at home? Here’s how to make the most of it to create a delicious appetizer. Slice the bread: no higher than a finger, but not too thin, otherwise you risk crumbling it. Soak the slices in a bowl filled with warm water. Let them soak for a few seconds, then place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the surface of the slices with a layer of melted butter. Put in the oven and toast until you notice that they are golden brown. At this point open the creams Ghiotto Galfrè that you prefer: we suggest Porcini Mushroom Cream, Tuna Cream and Peppers and Artichoke Cream. Arrange the slices three by three, interspersed with the sauces you have chosen. Simple simple... tasty tasty!
Super greedy variant? Do not toast bread in the oven... fry it! That’s right: whisk a couple of eggs in a dish, salt slightly and dip the slices of bread. Pass them through a plate full of breadcrumbs, then repeat: beaten egg, breadcrumbs. Fry in plenty of hot oil. Let it rest on fried paper, then add a teaspoon of sauce on each slice. It is not a dish to serve every day, but on festive occasions will make your guests fall in love!
