We have been producing it for generations, preserving the quality of selected ingredients and the mouth-watering pleasure of a speciality that smells of Piedmont. We have always hand-made Ghiotto, one of our most appreciated specialties. We hand select the finest porcini mushrooms, to which we match slices of yellowfin tuna and the secret sauce of our company based on Italian tomato, vegetables, fresh aromas and a few drops of flavored vinegar of our production.
Ghiotto is excellent eaten only, or as a condiment for rice salads or pasta. Appetizing as an appetizer, it becomes an unusual delicious filling for sandwiches during a picnic with friends. Dedicated to those looking for something really Ghiotto!
