Typical “Piedmontese” appetizer The finest cep mushrooms are combined with freshly cought tuna-fish, prepared right on the quay-side. The product is all handmade with the typical sauce made with italian tomato, vegetables and fresh herbs.

Since 1901, the Galfrè family has been producing in Barge, at the foot of the Cuneo and Monviso mountains, typical Piedmontese starters with vegetables, porcini mushrooms, tuna and sauce.
It manufactures its products with a genuine passion for authenticity, following traditional recipes and using high quality raw materials, rigorously selected by hand.
