Mushrooms Lasagna

Preparation time: 60 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 jars of TuttoFunghi 180 g.
  • 200 g. fresh egg pasta
  • 500 ml. of béchamel
  • 30 g. grated Parmigiano


Heat Tutto Funghi in a pan.

Cover the baking pan with a layer of the pasta add Tutto Funghi, 4 béchamel spoons and sprinkle some grated Parmigiano cheese . Place another layer of pasta and add the ingredients .Repeat as many layers as you want. Finish with a layer of pasta.

Put in oven up to 18’ degrees for 30 minutes and serve it hot.
