Tagliatelle with Porcini mushrooms
Preparation time: 20 minutes
- 360 gr. di tagliatelle
- 2 sautéed porcini mushrooms tins of 120 g.
- 1 little spoon of rock salt
Boil water with a spoon of salt and cook tagliatelle. In the meantime pour 2 sautéed porcini mushrooms tins in a pan and warm up for few minutes. Drain pasta, pour it in the pan, and finish cooking by mixing all.
