Polenta filled with porcini mushrooms

Ingredienti
- Polenta
- 2 sautéed porcini mushrooms tins of 120 g.
- 1 cup of béchamel
- 100 g of cooked ham in cubes
- 100 g. of fontina cheese
- Grated Parmigiano
Preparation
Prepare polenta and a cup of béchamel. Add 2 sautéed porcini mushrooms tins of 120 g.
Butter a mould and place in layers polenta, béchamel with Porcini, 100 g. of ham in cubes and 100 g. of fontina.
Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano and put in hot oven for 30 minutes.
