Porcini mushrooms that, after natural drying, retain all their intense scent. They are selected with careful visual control, disinfected with a natural method by heat, without the use of chemicals, and packaged by hand.

Since 1901, the Galfrè family has been producing in Barge, at the foot of the Cuneo and Monviso mountains, typical Piedmontese starters with vegetables, porcini mushrooms, tuna and sauce.
It manufactures its products with a genuine passion for authenticity, following traditional recipes and using high quality raw materials, rigorously selected by hand.
