Description
The green olives that we use only meaty and tasty, perfect to give life to a soft and tasty cream. To compensate for the strong flavor of these Mediterranean fruits, the vaguely sweet and smoked component of yellowfin tuna. A delicate olive oil gives balance to the cream, producing a result that is a true delight for aperitifs, appetizers, pretzels or bruschetta.
