Ghiotto Galfrè has cultivated for generations a sincere passion for the finest Porcini mushrooms. With selected porcini mushrooms we prepare TuttoFunghi, a tasty seasoning suitable to embellish any type of first course.


Imagine the rough surface of homemade tagliatelle to welcome and enhance the scent of this seasoning based on porcini mushrooms trifolati in olive oil: a riot of flavor, a masterpiece on the tip of a fork!

We prepare the TuttoFunghi scrupulously following a familiar recipe: tasty porcini mushrooms, olive oil, onion. A light sauté, and then the addition of mushrooms. The cream that is obtained is dense and fragrant, excellent as a condiment and not only. Crostini, Vol Au Vent, cannelloni, canapés: give free rein to your creativity in the kitchen, TuttoFunghi will be a surprising ally.

Ingredients and allergens

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and rel. group) 37%, Mixed mushrooms 31% in prop. variable (Moss Mushrooms - Volvaria Volvacea, Yellow family - Pholiota mutabilis Nameko), olive oil, onion, garlic, salt. Acidity regulator: lactic acid. Contains sulfites (residue).
