Bresaola roses with Parmigiano cream, artichokes and mushrooms

Preparation time: 20 minutes


  • 10 bresaola slices
  • 100 g. of whip cream
  • 50 g. of grated Parmigiano cheese
  • 1 artichokes in olive oil 190 g. jars or whole porcini mushrooms in olive oil190 g.


Whip the cream and add grated parmigiano cheese..

Drain Porcini mushrooms and artichokes.

Make roses with bresaola slices and place them on a plate. Place cream, the artichoke and mushrooms in the centre.
