Preparation time: 30 minutes
- 1 tuna fish and mushrooms tin of 160 g
- 100 g. of fresh ricotta cheese
- 80 g. paccheri pasta
Cook paccheri up to only 80 % of required cooking time, drain the water and cool in the fridge.
Mix the ricotta cheese with the chives and salt.
Put the paccheri in a dish and fill them with the cheese cream filling, then mix with a spoonful of Ghiotto antipasto.
