Pasta shells au gratin

Preparation time: 30 minutes


  • 1 Tutto Funghi 180 g. jar
  • 80 g. pasta shells
  • 100 g. seirass cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g. Parmigiano
  • 20 g. flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg


Cook pasta shells in salted water for only half of the cooking time required, drain the water and cool it in the fridge.

Prepare the filling with seirass Cheese, egg, parmigiano, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Stuff the shells with the filling, put in oven at to 180 degrees for 7/ 8 minutes till it starts to turn brown crust.

Heat up the Tutto Funghi in a small pot. When the pasta shells are ready take them out of the oven and pour the mushrooms on the shells and then serve.
