Fried gnocco with Tutto Funghi heart

Preparation time: 60 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 Tutto Funghi 180 g. jar
  • 200 g. flour
  • 140 ml of water
  • 3 gr. Brewer’s yeast
  • 180 g. sunflower oil
  • Salt

Preparation

Prepare fried gnocco dough by mixing water, yeast and flour, add little salt. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Heat up oil in a frying pan. Put some of the dough on a spoon; make a little whole a fill it with a small amount Tutto Funghi . Fry the dough for a few minutes. As soon as you take your fried food out of the hot oil, place it on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil and serve it hot.
